- Ability to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the professionalism and intensity necessary to successfully contribute to a Division I athletics program;
- Six months to one year of professional sports nutrition experience in a collegiate, professional, or Olympic athletics setting;
- Some experience working in a clinical nutrition setting;
- Degree and/or advanced training in food service, hospitality management, or a related field;
- Experience working in foodservice or inventory management;
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Iowa Food Code.
